BioI have struggled with weight issues all my life, I'm 45 now, but after foot surgery in april 2006 became severly depressed because I was totally laid up for 9 months, couldnt walk. I am better now and back to work but will have problems with it the rest of my life. Due to the depression I just didnt give a crap about anything and started a massive binge that lasted for over a year. I ate for comfort, I couldnt do anything else why not I thought. Well last halloween I took back my life. On Halloween 2007 I changed my mindset and as of 10-08 I have lost 65 pounds with 30 more to go. I have a goal of reaching it by May of 2009 which is very doable. But now I am nursing a rotator cuff injury with hopes its not torn. I did it at the gym, bummer!
I love being outdoors I am a tomboy at heart! And have 7 german shepherds, yes SEVEN! I love them all playing with them and training them, Cesar Milan is my hero when it comes to understanding dog psyche.
Been married for over 28 years and have a 19 year old son in college. He is the joy of my life and I am very proud of him. He graduated 7th in his class and has a 4.0 in college studying engineering.
